To help citizens resolve their daily legal problems,Taichung City Government provides free legal advice and consulting service.

Service times and locations are as follows:
(A) Taichung City Hall: From 09:00 to 12:00,14:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday, at the 10th Floor of Wen Xin Building (No.99, Sec 3, Taiwan Boulevard)
(B) District Office: 1 to 5 times per week at the respective District Office.
